Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the resultant refund will depend on the time remaining between the cancellation and the booking date plus whether we are able to re-book the dates.
If it is a month or more there will be a 50% refund of the deposit if the accommodation can be re-booked otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Less than a month, the deposit is forfeited entirely.
We do stress that it is in your interest to take out insurance for bookings to cover this eventuality.
